Juliet laughed and then replied rather spitefully, though not directing it towards Lily, merely muttering under her breath, "I could have been sleeping if it wasn't for a certain maniac scaring the crap out of me."
Juliet allowed the necklace to pull her to whom it was she was seeking, like she had a large block of metal in her clothing and it was pulling her to a magnet, an invisble atraction leading her to her destination.
Observing their progress as it lead her and Lily around the castle, she realized exactly where they were going and found that her prediction had been correct as they reached the fourth floor corridor and stopped infront of the heavy oak double doors which she very well knew lead to the hospital wing.
Casting a sidelong glance at Lily, a knowing look as her necklace relinquished its magenta glow and dropped, hanging once again to her neck. Waiting on bated breath, her leggs like jelly and her heart thumping wildly in her chest, she clenched the knob, turned, and entered the hospital wing.
Her caramel eyes observed the vast room, having never been in the hospital wing as early as eight o'clock in the morning. The gentle rays of the early morning sunlight filtered in through the opened windows, casting the wing in a beautiful golden glow. A warm, light summer breeze wafted in through the window screens, carrying with it the perfume-like aroma of flowers and Juliet took a deep breath of it, enjoying how it felt.
Suddenly, three voice, two which belonged to boys Juliet noticed adn one she recognized as Madame Pomfrey's, broke the silence as they began bickering heatedly. Juliet raised an eyebrow and made her way over to Erik's bed which she pin-pointed the voices from and laughed at the conversation-or rather arguement that Erik was having with Pomfrey and Gaige.
"No," Erik said stubbornly, arms crossed as he leaned against the bedpost, looking rather ruffled in his plaid pajama pants and muscle shirt, his hair touseled, having obviously just woke up. "I don't need you guys to carry me around like a baby, I can walk just fine on my own."
He walked around the bed twenty for good measure, to proove his point despite Pomfrey's hisses of disaprovement. He did perfectly fine too until he noticed Juliet's presence, that of which he gasped with shock, jumping.
Juliet laughed, blushing slightly, wishing she was wearing something a bit more elegant than an old pair of jeans, a tanktop, sneakers and her hair in a pony-tail. But she quickly got over the embaressment, noting to herself that she at least wasn't still in her pajama's unlike Erik.
"JULZ!!" he cried in surprise and nearly losing his balance, but she grasped him by the wrist, pulling him gently back to balance and then draping a supporting arm over one of his shoulders, laughing, "Good morning to you too."
"Awww, how sweet," teased Gaige playfully, removing his camera from his pocket and holding it up infront of him, aparrently to take their picture, "it looks like a kodac moment to me."Juliet giggled again Erik laughed as well. They struck a pose together, Juliet making the "rock on" sign with her hand and Erik holding up two fingers behind Juliet's head so it looked like she ahd rabbit ears.
Gaige turned to Lily, offering her his most handsome, trademark grin and saying with a slight hint of flirtation in his voice, holding up the camera to take a picture of Lily, "But you, mademoiselle, are the true subject of the camera...and my interest."
